Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all software and deliverables created by THE DIGITAL INT for clients remain the property of THE DIGITAL INT until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be specified in individual project agreements or statements of work. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services according to the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and project details. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed to us during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
